To: Sea View Two Homeowners

We wish to convey our appreciation to the many dedicated residents who attend our monthly meetings.  Although FMCA has nominally increased monthly fees in 2017 for all residents, our board has voted to absorb this additional cost.  The monthly condo fee will remain at $370.00.  The late fee is being increased, which only applies if your payment is late.

Our association board was able to complete many major projects this year that were largely funded through the assessment dollars.  Here are some of the 2016 “highlights”:

  • Association-wide power washing in spring
  • Association-wide gutter cleaning spring and fall
  • Masonry work replacing 20 aprons, 15 walkways, cement slabs, and chimney repairs
  • Mansard roof work is nearing completion with only two condos remaining (slated for early 2017)
  • Garage roof replacement work was expedited and completed
  • Association-wide garage door trim was repaired and painted
  • Association-wide driveways were crack filled, seal coated and repaired

A presentation of the 2017 Sea View Two budget will be given at our public meeting on February 15th at 5:00 p.m. in the clubhouse.

Most important, a sincere thank you to the association board members who volunteered their time and talent throughout the year.
