To: Sea View Two Homeowners

If you plan to be away for an extended period, it’s a good idea to turn off your water.  Also consider leaving a key with a neighbor or at the guardhouse in case of emergency.

Reminders:

  • Sewer lines and dryer vents should be cleaned on a regular basis.
  • Outside water lines should be shut off and drained for the winter season
  • Awnings must be removed by November 1st.  Please inspect your awning before taking it down and arrange for cleaning and/or replacement if necessary
  • Pets are not to roam freely across common areas or neighbors patios and be sure to pick up after your pet
  • Trash/Recycling/Bulk are not to be placed at the curb before 6:00 p.m. the night before pick up
  • The FM clubhouse will be closed starting October 1, 2019 for the Phase II clubhouse renovation

The annual meeting of the Fairway Mews Community Association, Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 @ 7:00 p.m.  This year the terms of the following board members will expire, and they must either stand for re-election (3 year terms) or be replaced:

Al Astoreca

According to the By-Laws, the President of each Condominium Association, or his/her designated representative, shall be entitled to one (1) vote for each unit governed by his/her respective Condominium Association.
